If you are looking to provide end-of-life spiritual support and grief counseling service to individuals across a variety of faith backgrounds, while serving as a highly valued member of the interdisciplinary care team, the Spiritual and Grief Counselor position at Agrace may be your calling! Through a highly collaborative interdisciplinary approach, this position provides spiritual and counseling support to patients, families and other bereaved individuals.
This position is ideal for someone with at least 2-3 years of experience supporting the needs of terminally ill individuals and their families, who also enjoys facilitating support groups and presenting information out to the community. This position serves the patient and family through their hospice journey and remains a partner to the bereaved for up to one year after death. The Spiritual and Grief Counselor travels locally and works in patient homes and area health care facilities.
