Agrace Thrift Stores offer fresh fashion, quality home goods and unique finds at a fraction of the cost of department stores. Stores are clean, well-organized and lovingly supported by a group of fun, motivated and reliable volunteers. Store proceeds directly support patient care for the local individuals facing serious illness that Agrace supports every day.
The person in this position promotes a positive, customer-focused team environment through supportive supervision and coaching of Agrace volunteers. The successful Assistant Manager has proven success balancing competing priorities and managing customer service, store standards and inventory levels to drive sales results.
For more than 35 years, Agrace has been a nonprofit, community based health care agency dedicated to providing expert physical, emotional and spiritual support to patients and families through the stages of serious illness. Agrace HospiceCare is nationally recognized for the comprehensive hospice services we provide in patients' homes, the Agrace HospiceCare inpatient unit and skilled nursing and assisted living facilities throughout south central Wisconsin.
