Bring your technical expertise to support and secure networks and systems needed in day to day operations for all Agrace 7 sites and over 650 users!
     

    Responsibilities

     Systems Administration

    • Work to ensure maximum availability (99.9%) of all servers and applications.
    • Analyze and support system and application upgrades.
    • Manage data backup and restore procedures. Develop and test disaster recovery plan.
    • Manage VPN, XenApp, Netscalers and other remote access software and applications.
    • Manage hyperconverged VMWare virtualized environment and Azure virtual machines.
    • Manage Cisco equipment including IP phone system, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless.
    • Administer and manages Office 365 environment (Exchange, SharePoint, Skype for Business).
    • Install and configure server operating systems, database, and server applications.

    Network Administration

    • Evaluate network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency; installation, configuration, and testing of equipment.
    • Upgrade network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing.
    • Troubleshoot complex network problems. Escalate problems to vendors and collaborate to resolve problems.
    • Secure network by developing network access controls.
    • Define network policies and procedures. Create and maintain documentation for network infrastructure, applications and servers.

    Information Technology Support

    • Support PCI compliance and internal audit tasks.
    • Cross-train other department team members.
    • Provide second level technical support for integration of network and workstation hardware and software.
    • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading publications and educate IT team members as appropriate.

    Qualifications

    • Associate degree, required (Bachelor’s preferred) or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
    • 4 years’ related work experience
    • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Experience with and knowledge of Network Topologies, Virtualization, Infrastructure, Protocols, Routers/Switches/Firewalls (Cisco), VPN, Server platforms - Active Directory, Windows Servers, and Thin-Client technologies (XenApp), SQL Administration, Office 365, Azure, and Server Backup Software
    • Experience with and knowledge of hardware maintenance and lifecycle, system integration and automation; and scripting for task automation
    • Experience with and knowledge of project management
    • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
    • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others
    • Ability to work autonomously in a systematic fashion
    • Ability to be flexible in time and task to meet organizational needs
