  • Overview

    The Director of Business Development is responsible to develop key relationships that drive increased revenue and profit to achieve Agrace’s growth objectives, including the diversification of revenue, expansion of Agrace’s service offerings and a focus on the long-term sustainability of Agrace.

    Responsibilities

    The Director of Business Development maintains market expertise for all service lines, develops business plans for new programs or service offerings, and identifies and executes strategies for building effective relationships with healthcare system, long-term care communities, and insurers. 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or business; master’s degree in healthcare or business administration preferred.
    • 1-3 years’ related experience demonstrating strong sales and business acumen in the healthcare environment
    • Demonstrated experience building relationships with healthcare systems, insurers, hospice and palliative organizations, and large, multi-facility senior living facilities
    • Advanced skills in market research and analysis and demonstrated success in proposal development
