    COMING SOON!  Age at Home by Agrace is quality, non-medical home care from a trusted nonprofit health care provider. Age at Home's compassionate caregivers help individuals maintain their independence at home by offering a free home safety check, homemaker services, transportation, meal preparation and more.

     

    At this time, Agrace is seeking an action oriented individual with experience managing companion care/personal care services, and a passion for service to the elderly in our community.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    The Client Services Manager is responsible for oversight of Age at Home by planning, organizing and directing non-medical home care services, hiring, managing, and retaining staff, building and maintaining referral source relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing financials to meet revenue goals.

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience:

    1. Bachelor’s degree and five or more years of experience in home care industry or equivalent combination of education and work experience
    2. 5-7 years’ experience in the home care industry
    3. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle

    Skills and Abilities:

    1. Demonstrated management skills
    2. Ability to be flexible and effectively manage priorities, multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
    3. Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
    4. Experience using industry enterprise software system.
    5. Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others
    6. Experience in operational planning and execution, budgeting, and controlling costs
    7. Ability to maintain confidentiality about clients, caregivers, and organizational intellectual property.
    8. Ability to use proper body mechanics and standard precautions
    9. Ability to be flexible in time and task to meet organizational needs including 24/7 presence with a high level of accountability
