CNA - Hospice Homecare FT Day Shift (Madison area)

Do you want to spend quality one-on-one time with your patients? Agrace’s Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role travels locally and works in both patient homes and health care facilities to provide caring and compassionate personal care to our patients facing life-limiting illness.

This position will be responsible for traveling to patients and following the plan of care as identified by the Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will be flexible, independent and patient and family focused.

Position Specifics:

• Full-time 1.0 FTE
• Hours: 7am-3:30pm
• Works every 6th weekend

• Graduation from an accredited program for Certified Nursing Assistants; high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Current, unrestricted Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification
• CPR Certification preferred (required within 90 days of hire)
• One-year personal care experience; hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Valid Wisconsin driver license and car insurance.  Must have access to an automobile in good operating condition.
