The Donor Support Specialist, under the supervision of the Chief Development Officer, is responsible for donor communications and maintaining accurate donor records using the Raiser’s Edge database, and providing donor/donation-related services to co-workers, donors, family members and external partners. In addition, the Donor Support Specialist implements Agrace’s tribute and memorial giving programs, assists with events, campaigns and appeals, provides project administrative support to the team, and helps with other tasks to meet donor and Foundation needs.
The Donor Support Specialist serves as the first point of contact for donor/foundation inquiries, creates and maintins accurate constituent records, manages donor acknowledgements and pledges, and is the primary foundation contact for all donations. This role also provides project-related administrative support to other members of the Agrace Foundation team.
